Ready-to-Wear Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Made-to-Order & Custom-Made Items

Because these garments are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and your order number.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
